How to play

Name the song from its intro. You get 6 guesses, and the audio gets longer after each one.

1. Listen to the opening snippet

Press the Play button to hear 1 second of the song intro. You can replay it as many times as you want without using a guess. The audio plays directly in your browser with zero loading delay.

2. Type your guess

Type the artist or song title into the search field. As you type, the autocomplete filters tracks across all 8 decades and 16 genres in real time. Select your match from the dropdown and hit submit.

Tip: If you recognize the artist but not the track, type just the artist name to browse all their hits in the autocomplete list.

3. Unlock more audio

Wrong guess or skip? The audio duration extends automatically, revealing more of the song on your next listen:
